in my hands is difficult with sub g restoration and caries. My dentistry has gotten a lot better since I realized that you can drill away gum tissue to get at the decay. I use a prepi or thermacut bur with no water and it keeps bleeding a minimum. Astringident X finishes off the remaining bleeding
