that with development of MRONJ, it is not the dental procedure that causes the problem. Is the underlying pathology that causes it. Removal of the tooth, or other surgical procedures just unmask the signs and symptoms. Thank you Dr. Reznick!

I had some great mentors for these procedures but those videos helped me a ton man. Don't put a 16 y.o. kid in a situation that you even question referral.

to anesthetize the bone. I rarely had patient's come back a second time. I think I learned this one from the DT OS Jay Reznick. i used to place the dry socket paste on gauze and then remove it in a day or two. now i place it on some collagen plug and leave it. much easier. seemed to work okay. too bad

to a depth say one mm past the flutes of the bur. You could reference off of the B/L width of the second molar to get an idea what that reference is. I never reflect the lingual tissue unless I am removing Tori. IMO there is really no good reason to go there. Jay Reznick in one of his youtubes
