Surgery. P.S. Based off of the original post, I wasn't sure if the surgical or restorative aspect is needed, but CCOFS does have both surgeons and prosthodontists so can handle both aspects of implant dentistry. Thank you soooo much! I emailed Dr Jay Reznick and he emailed this man and I think they're are good.
