On Friday, December 14, Ivoclar Vivadent Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Christoph Zeller, and Chief Executive Officer, Robert Ganley hosted the company’s Year-End Apero – a live global webcast and celebration with more than 2,500 of the organization’s worldwide employees.
During the presentation, Ganley defined the motivation behind Ivoclar Vivadent’s innovative spirit: providing a successful experience for its partners and customers by listening to their needs. “Validating the needs of dental professionals, our partners and even the patient drives Ivoclar Vivadent to remain on the leading edge of manufacturing, research, and development,” said Ganley. “Producing state-of-the-art products and innovative materials demonstrates our passion and commitment to the dental industry.”
Mr. Ganley also reviewed Ivoclar Vivadent’s 2012 business plan, highlighting key topics that included regional expansion, market investments, an expanded workforce, new acquisitions, increased sales figures over prior year and goals for 2013.
Joining Ganley at the podium was Mr. Christoph Zeller, Chairman of the Supervisory Board for Ivoclar Vivadent AG. Mr. Zeller kicked off the presentation by sharing his thoughts on a challenging, but successful 2012 campaign. Mr. Zeller repeatedly thanked the Ivoclar Vivadent employees for their hard work and dedication to the company. Additionally, Mr. Zeller recognized several colleagues that were retiring from the organization and thanked them for their years of service.
The Apero concluded with a Q&A session where Mr. Ganley addressed comments from several of the company’s regional locations. More than 2,500 employees in more than 25 different countries from around the world participated in this event.
