Redesign Reinforces Commitment to Patient Education, Conveniences
Syracuse, NY – Aspen Dental is making things easier for patients, launching a redesigned and more intuitive Web site to enhance the online experience for patients looking for information on quality, affordable dental and denture care. The site, www.aspendent.com, now features extensive educational resources on oral health, including a comprehensive Dental Health Guide on common dental problems, available treatments, and prevention advice; videos on topics like comprehensive care, dentures, and periodontal disease (www.aspendent.com/dental.health.smileguide.html); and frequently asked questions. Patients can also download printable patient forms in advance of their visit, saving them time in the office, and schedule appointments online for added convenience.
“Patients often don’t know what to expect during a dental visit, and hesitate to schedule that first appointment. The new online system gives patients access to their personal information through a “My Account” feature, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Under My Account, patients can examine billing statements and view recent account activity. Patients can also apply for financing and make payments online.
Another new feature allows Aspen Dental patients to share their own “Real Smile Stories,” detailing how the patient found their smile through successful dental treatment. To submit their personal stories, patients can follow simple instructions to upload their video, photo or written account of how their new Aspen Dental smile has changed their life.
