Our special guest this week is Jim Ingersoll. Jim was raised by a
hard-working family in Western New York, where, like many of us, he was
taught to work hard, get a good education, and make your way up the
corporate ladder.
He received his Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering and
Masters in Engineering Management. After years of working his way up the
corporate ladder, Jim left to make his own way in real estate as a
full-time investor.
Jim is the author Investing Now and Cashflow Now: How to Create Multiple Streams of Real Estate Income.
While he is not a practice owner, I believe that what Jim has to say is
