The week, our guest is a very special friend from down under, Dr.
David Moffet. David is a retired dentist and the creator of the Ultimate
Patient Experience (UPE), a simple set of very specific common sense
patient service steps that are being used by dentists all over the
world.
David helps dentists use his tools to create unique experiences for
their patients every visit. Creating those unique, positive experiences
dramatically enhances each patient’s visit values and increases the rate
of their return visits.
Patient experience is David’s secret weapon that has enabled him to
personally bill almost $2 million dollars in services in his last year
of practice alone. He managed to do that working only four days a
week while still having time to take vacations and live a fulfilling
life.
