Types of CPAP Machines

Both auto-titrating and bi-level machines are more  than fixed-pressure machines, but they may be more comfortable because they deliver air at a pressure that is tailored to your individual needs.



Tips for Successful CPAP Treatment


Consistency: Use your CPAP machine every night, for the recommended amount of time.


Proper Fit: Make sure your mask fits comfortably and securely to prevent air leaks.


Cleanliness: Regularly clean your mask, hose, and machine to infections.


Make it Comfortable: Experiment with different types of masks and try to find the most comfortable one for you. Use a hudifier to add  to the air and reduce dryness.


Lifestyle Changes: Maintain a healthy diet and exercise regularly, avoid alcohol and sedatives, and establish a bedtime routine.
