So, this works well if you have the room. 3- Agre with the patient that you will be leaving the margin of the crown supra-G if you can. If there is a lot of receding gum on the adjacent teeth as well, leave the root uncovered to imitate the adjacent teeth and let your crown cover the clinical crown only. This can work out quite well.
