to anesthetize the bone. I rarely had patient's come back a second time. I think I learned this one from the DT OS Jay Reznick. i used to place the dry socket paste on gauze and then remove it in a day or two. now i place it on some collagen plug and leave it. much easier. seemed to work okay. too bad

ed for your opinions..I used a small surgical round bur to excavate the crown after figuring out the 1702 was toohard to handle deep...as far as the flap design..I just ripped off the jay reznick type flap...I did some vertical sections but the tooth was buccal as you mentioned.. but tilted
