New to Cerec.... Wondering what you guys do to image the margins most clearly? If I am forced to prep to gum line or even sub g, what is the best way to get good margin scan? I dont own a laser. Packing cord?? I am doing this technique once in a while where I brush the gums out of the way

(only on anteriors) I usually open the gingiva with a white stone and then place retraction paste (I like Dryz from Parkell) usually do not give any anesthesia for this. If you use cord and you are not butchering the gums you can get away without local or maybe just some topical as suggested
