I kind of like to know people's thoughts. We have restorative hyg who can do fillings. If they can do some part of the dentist's job, why can't expanded assistance do prophy for healthy pt? Expanded assistance definitely needs extra training but they should be no problem to qualified

So this is a family member whos interested in both Ortho and gum grafts. I dont do either but not sure how to best guide them.So, the #24 has a significant buccal recession and the #25 has a significant lingual recession. The teeth moved because the permanent retainer broke.My thought process
