I saw a patient today he presented with what looks like pyogenic granulomas between all of his posterior teeth bilaterally. His gums on his lower anterior teeth also look as if they are beginning to develop the same lesions. I have a list of his drugs and have talked to his physician and he thinks it could be his Nifedipine. He has no history of seizure meds either. His oral hygiene is good.
