Looks like something Jaws put together in his...

Dentists need to figure out their demand destruction from pricing. Is it better to have a higher total case price by adding up each individual tooth and gum procedure in a full mouth rehabilitation? Or... is it better to set one price for the total case that is lower in price? At what price does demand stop? At what price do you break even? What would be the optimum price to collect the most total revenue.

Does anyone know what causes this discoloration on the attached gingiva around the implant body. I see this on multiple implants. These are placed by the oral surgeon. I'm the restoring dentist. Metal showing through a thin biotype. I had a patient with dark endo roots shining through the gums on #8,9. My periodontist did some connective tissue grafting and solved the darkness. Still looks great 15 years later.

Break the plastic handle for posterior.Or just use a new bur. Most burs in the high speed handpiece will cut a nice hole in the gum in seconds, providing you have adequate attached tissue.
