Hi townies, Wanted to get your opinion on your crown of choice for margins that fall below the gum line and if the continuity of a margin is irregular (not consistent). PFM? Zirconia? In my experience (and Gordon Christensen has said as much) polished zirconia (no glaze, just polished zirconia) shows a very favorable gingival response. The gums seems to really like it. Which one do you find more helpful for pts who have general tooth sensitivity? Sensodyne Repair has NOVAMIN Sensodyne Rapid Relief contains Stannous Fluoride Crest Gum and Sensitivity is my go to.
