in a controlled manner, trying to keep heart rate in the 135 range. My ironman training has officially begun!I don't understand the extreme movement that these organizations promote. donations, we ended up raising over 40 grand for dental lab education for new techs... blew away the 25 thousand dollar goal. Was an amazing event from that perspective and it looks like we will do the ITU in San Diego next year. for me personally, I felt really prepared and healthy

. I truly believe the elimination of wheat from my diet has improved my lipid profile and reduced inflammation. I would say just stay home and cook healthy meals every day. Food at restaurants is just so toxic that even without wheat, I doubt if you can lose all those fat. Cook some boring meals

should mainly be building your base now. Most training plans are 20-24 weeks. Everything you do now should be building toward being healthy at that time. Disregard if you have alot of experience and/or are planning on trying to qualify for Kona. I highy recommend Your Best Triathlon by Joe Friel

financial plan and weren't living right on the edge of my income. i broke my left Mx central incisor(about half clinical crown) and broke the lateral below the gum. the alveolar process fractured as well. it is healed enough to get an implant in there now.....having those busted teeth is bugging me more
