I was looking at this picture and thought that this case would need bite opening with anchor bend during stage 1 because half of lower incisor is covered by upper central incisors. Amazing results. Is that intrinsic enamel discoloration? Fever, erosion?? Hamburger meat gums. OH I needed desperately. Nice! Mark...Very Impressive and Great Job. Next issue is cosmetic. ;) m

died with 32 teeth in their mouth a. no decay because no sugar b. not much gum disease because wore teeth down so wider contacts between teeth so did not impact so much food between teeth c. since harder diet wore down cusps on teeth, so hit in flatter occlusion, edges of teeth sharper do better

will not allow settling. Stick to the upper first etc. Harry We started taking a scan before we take the braces off. Make a rough essix for debonding day and then make a better retainer once everything is off and clean. We tell them that we want to give their gums a chance to settle (which is even sometimes try for those who had less than stellar hygiene).

are brakes needed unless midline correction. Many more cases are treated non extraction than extraction with Tip-Edge but we are able to confidently treat extraction cases and mostly keep the wisdom teeth if they are present and healthy. Harry Thanks Harry !! That helps a lot

removed, some reasons you might take those out 1. upper second bicuspids are extremely small 2. first bicuspids are non restorable or have large fillings, root canals or crowns. good to finish with healthy teeth 3. very crowded class III case- take out upper scconds and lower first so easier
