of matrix to help you build that distal out or did you just freehand it?I didn't have a matrix, so I had to do it free hand!Does that mean the the distal is a large composite ledge? If so I suggest going in and contouring that to a nice smooth emergence. Your patient's gum tissue will thank you

I attempted to ext # 3 on a healthy male. Unremarkable medical history. He stated that the filling had fallen out about 1 month ago, and that it has been hurting worse and worse ever since. I administered 2 septo infiltration/PDL and began to elevate. No problems, he tolerated reasonably well

as much experience from this case as I can. First I would find out what implant system was used and if you can get parts. Then you can deconstruct the case and start over (if the implants are healthy). I imagine there will be significant costs if it is not a system you typically use. I would also build

ten years or less. Then tell them that you will have to mutilate two healthy teeth to accomplish that, effectively turning a 3 tooth problem into a 5 tooth problem. The lifetime cost of a FPD is WAY more than with implants. You however pulled off a great case for school. I wouldn't worry about
