of the synthetic lubes. Synthetic lube is a requirement for dry heat sterilization, mineral oil gums up at the higher temps. Two step cleaner first then lube for longevity. Get em clean. . A person with healthy hearing could hear people speaking in adjacent rooms at this particular facility. However, this former co-worker couldn't hear this and mistakenly believed that they could not hear her. So she would freely bad mouth people on the phone believing that her conversation was private.
