ridiculous it can only be scary when it feels real. Caldent, there are many many toxic and unhealthy dental practices and environments in the field. If you feel so motivated, try and make a nice healthy and profitable sanctuary that is a good place for your employees. It can be done. Release the anger. It sucks those employees work in a toxic environment but they can speak with their feet if they so desire.
