about dark teeth? I have a few patients on Chlorhexidine gluconate daily. The teeth get nasty stains, but vastly less decay and gum issues. I have patient with mild dementia, in a wheelchair, and unable to brush her teeth. Take out the carbohydrates and sweets in her diet.Does she like Tic Tacs? tic

in many flavors, Root Beer seems to cover the flavor of the Pilocarpine the best, and he strongly recommends the formula with Xylitol. It has been great to have one more thing to offer our patients to help them be comfortable and keep their mouths healthy. Patients tell me they last for 20 minutes, then the dry mouth comes back. The pill taken bid is much more effective. Sounds like a better idea, thanks
