some where them all night. No reservoir at our office. We trim at the gumline, it shouldn't hurt the gums though, you could leave them even long to sit over the gums a bit to try to hold it in the sulcus.awesome! thanks!

What is best to use as tray material and thickness for fluoride trays? I have the 0.040 soft which we use for bleaching trays. I also have the 0.020 hard which seems a reasonable option as well. Would a stiffer sheet not work better? May have less hassle with breakage with the soft material in and out regularly, not wearing at night?Id overextend over the gum line.
