Excellent advice! We do a lot of alveloplasty in our classes. I use a ronguers and bone file mostly. But break out an acrylic bur in a slow speed straight hand piece for the full mouth clearance with immediate dentures sometimes. Made some comments above. Bubble gum therapy? Never heard
