people just have hypersensitive teeth, high pulp horns, etc. If it's only sweets I would just tell her to keep sweet things off of that tooth. On someone as young as her, I would be very hesitant to do anything invasive unless the sensitivity is really debilitating. Facial composite filling I tell patients that even a healthy tooth can be sensitive to sweets and cold. She is probably bleaching her teeth like crazy.
