We are seeking an airway-focused orthodontist to join an established, progressive practice in Vienna, Virginia, with the opportunity to enter as either an associate or partner. Our strong preference is to find the right orthodontist who is interested in becoming a long-term partner in the practice.



The Vienna location is currently owned by Dr. Gary Adams, co-founder of DOMEzero, and provides a unique opportunity for an orthodontist interested in airway-focused treatment, skeletal expansion, modern orthodontics, and interdisciplinary care.



A Different Kind of Orthodontic Practice

Our clinical philosophy extends beyond simply straightening teeth. We have a strong interest in the relationship between craniofacial development, maxillary deficiency, airway, function, and orthodontic treatment.



The practice incorporates bone-borne maxillary expansion with synchronized aligner therapy, including treatment concepts associated with DOMEzero.



We are particularly interested in an orthodontist who shares this philosophy and wants to continue developing an orthodontic practice centered around comprehensive diagnosis and airway-focused care.



Established Fee-for-Service Environment

This is a fee-for-service practice, allowing us to emphasize treatment quality and individualized care rather than the limitations of an insurance-driven orthodontic model.



The office also has an in-house myofunctional therapist, creating an interdisciplinary environment where orthodontics, expansion, oral function, and airway considerations can be coordinated within the same practice.



Significant Opportunity to Build Your Own Practice

One of the most attractive aspects of this opportunity is the amount of available clinical capacity.



Dr. Adams currently practices in the Vienna office only approximately six days per month.



As a result, there is substantial unused office capacity and a significant opportunity for the incoming orthodontist to establish and grow their own patient base without the expense and complexity of starting a practice from scratch.



For the right orthodontist, this could develop into a much larger clinical presence within the office.



Associate or Partnership Opportunity

We are flexible regarding how the relationship begins.



An orthodontist may initially join the practice as an associate, allowing both parties to determine whether the relationship and clinical philosophies are a good long-term fit.



However, our ideal candidate is someone interested in partnership and helping build the orthodontic side of the practice over the long term.

We are interested in finding someone who wants more than simply a few associate days each month. For the right person, this is an opportunity to help shape and grow a distinctive orthodontic practice in the Northern Virginia market.

The Ideal Candidate



We would particularly like to meet an orthodontist who:

Has a strong interest in airway-focused orthodontics

• Understands or wants to further develop expertise in skeletal and bone-borne maxillary expansion

• Is comfortable with or interested in clear aligner therapy

• Appreciates the role of myofunctional therapy in comprehensive orthodontic care

• Values interdisciplinary diagnosis and treatment planning

• Wants to practice in a fee-for-service environment

• Is entrepreneurial and interested in growing a practice

• Is looking for a long-term professional home rather than simply another associate position

• Has an interest in eventual practice ownership or partnership

Candidates should have a DDS or DMD, completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program, and a current Virginia dental license or eligibility for Virginia licensure.
