Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality dental care for patients in accordance with Utah licensing requirements.
- Diagnose, plan, and deliver effective treatment for a wide range of emergency and restorative cases.
- Educate patients on preventive care, oral hygiene, and treatment options throughout all phases of care.
- Document encounters accurately and efficiently while maintaining complete and compliant patient records.
- Lead and collaborate with a team of dedicated clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all state and federal regulations.Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills in every patient interaction.
Compensation
This is a commission-based position with the potential to earn up to $300,000 annually for full-time providers.

Requirements
Education:
- DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school.
Licenses & Certifications:
- Active Oklahoma dental license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification.
- DEA registration for controlled substances.
Skills:
- Comprehensive clinical skills with sound diagnostic judgment.
- Excellent chairside manner and communication abilities.
- Commitment to ethical, patient-first care.
- Experience with endodontics.
- Experience with surgical extractions.
