This L.A.-area pediatric dentist began her career in a true “family practice”—she worked alongside her parents, who focus on cosmetic and restorative procedures, and a brother, a periodontist. Last year, she and her orthodontist husband opened their own new practice, which was designed and built from scratch, and she discusses ideas and suggestions about splitting responsibilities, making connections with pediatric patients, and the steps behind building an inviting, efficient office.
