Young & Motivated is an interactive two-and-a-half day learning experience for young people between the ages of 15 and 25. Presented by Kaleim Manji, the 23-year-old son of Mercer Companies CEO Imtiaz Manji, Young & Motivated teaches universal, lifelong principles for lasting success. It will give participants the tools they need to discover their passion, create their vision, and achieve their goals.

Young & Motivated helps participants create a vision based on what truly matters to them so they can make responsible choices with enthusiasm and take ownership of their future. Making informed, mature decisions about time, money and relationships within the context of a vision that matters to you is the key for lifelong success. That’s why Kaleim developed the program around those three areas. At Young & Motivated, participants learn new strategies for these fundamentally important aspects of life, including how to maximize time so there’s always enough for what’s important, how to reach economic freedom before the age of 40, and how to develop meaningful, fulfilling relationships.

The first three programs, held in Orlando, Detroit and San Francisco, were an overwhelming success. By the end of the two-and-a-half days, participants were declaring their goals and committing, in front of the entire class, to making their dreams a reality. They were excited about their futures and couldn’t wait to implement what they had learned. Here is how the program affected one participant:
