TPH Spectra ST Effects
Dentsply Sirona’s TPH Spectra ST composite simplified the most common cases with five universal Cloud shades that cover the full Vita range. Now, aesthetically demanding anterior cases are easier with the company’s new TPH?Spectra ST Effects. When a case calls for added opacity or a translucent incisal edge, TPH Spectra ST Effects works with TPH Spectra ST in a simplified composite layering technique. Two dentin shades and one enamel shade provide the effects to take tough cases to the next level.

Impregum Super Quick
3M’s new Impregum Super Quick polyether impression material is formulated to capture single-unit restorations such as crowns, implants, inlays and onlays, and smaller bridges up to three units. The new tray and wash materials result in a setting reaction of only two minutes and, combined with a significantly improved material taste, there is increased patient comfort.

The material’s inherent hydrophilicity promotes excellent wettability with remaining oral fluids and supports precise capturing of details that’s essential in the preparation margin area. This benefit of exact detail reproduction is supported by the material’s ability to flow into every spot. The flow behavior remains unchanged throughout the entire working time, which is followed by an immediate “snap set” reaction.

OraCare
The new OraCare implant postoperative care system is a simple solution to protect implants from the No. 1 cause of failure: peri-implantitis. Peri-implantitis can affect the stabilization of the implant and cause failure, and also could cause the tissue to shrink, resulting in a poor cosmetic outcome.

OraCare’s system’s main ingredients are activated chlorine dioxide and xylitol, which can eliminate bacteria, viruses, fungi, biofilm and VSCs. This product includes an in-office gel and a take-home patient rinse so both the doctor and the patient can protect their investments.

Veneer.Me
Veneer.Me allows clinicians to carry, ship and manipulate extremely delicate veneers in the highest conditions of security. The base of the Veneer.Me box is covered with a sticky pad made of polyurethane gel. Veneers are placed on the pad on their buccal surface and adhere naturally. All preparation processes of the internal part of the veneer, such as acid etching and silanization, can be done in this position without any fear of a veneer “escaping” or falling on the floor. The pad’s material can be reused several times. The membrane frame can be clipped on the base of the box for extra fixation. The clinician can proceed with rinsing and drying after having replaced the membrane frame on the base.

Veneer.Me is sold in a set of three compartments with extra polyurethane pads and membrane filters. For more information, visit smilelineusa.com or call 877-755-6868.

Meron Plus QM
Meron Plus QM by Voco is a paste-to-paste resin-modified glass ionomer cement in the company’s QuickMix syringe. The product’s ability to accept a tack cure (5–10 seconds) enables quick and easy cleanup of excess material. The syringe and paste-to-paste formulization ensure easy delivery. Its significantly higher adhesive values to both dentin and high-strength ceramics provide a secure and reliable hold, even in unfavorable conditions such as those encountered with short cores. The adjustable working time of up to two minutes offers sufficient time for the cementation of individual restorations and bridges.
