Today, Nobel Biocare launches new Easy Esthetics™ solutions to strengthen its role as the world leader in innovative esthetic patient-oriented dental solutions. Highlights from the launch include: NobelRondo™ Press and Procera® Bridge Zirconia and Procera® Implant Bridge Zirconia for full-arch indications as well as QuickTemp™ Abutment Conical and Platform Shifting*.
Nobel Biocare’s concept of Beautiful Teeth Now™ is based on its core concepts of Easy Esthetics™, Soft Tissue Integration™, and Immediate Function™. Of the three concepts, Easy Esthetics™ is the one that provides dental patients with the beauty of Nobel Biocare’s complete line of all-ceramic cosmetic and restorative dental prosthetics.

All-ceramic products received from a Nobel Biocare production facility are of the highest precision and perfect individual fit. All products are available in metal free materials: alumina and zirconia.
Procera® Implant Bridge Zirconia and Procera® Bridge Zirconia
The latest additions to their Procera® lineup are the Procera® Implant Bridge Zirconia and Procera® Bridge Zirconia for full-arch (up to 14 units) indications (max. size Æ 60 x H 30 mm). These bridges are milled from a solid piece of zirconia to ensure a defect-free surface, an excellent fit, and a flexural strength of 1200MPa.
The Procera® Implant Bridge Zirconia is the only screw-retained, all-ceramic CAD/CAM bridge available for implant-level installation, while the Procera® Bridge Zirconia is cemented in-place to save valuable chair-time. Both bridges are used in partial- and fully edentulous indications and deliver maximal soft tissue integration because of their biocompatibility.

NobelRondo™
For the ultimate in esthetics, Procera® products are best coupled with Nobel Biocare’s NobelRondo™. NobelRondo™ is one of the industry’s strongest porcelains (120MPa), it can be used in all indications and non-abrasive to adjacent teeth. When NobelRondo™ is applied using a layering technique, the esthetic results are almost indistinguishable from natural teeth.
NobelRondo is also unique in its tray and ergonomic bottle design, called the Creative Circle™. The Creative Circle™ is the culmination of ten years of experience with all-ceramic Procera® restorations in alumina and zirconia. All tooth colors are divided into six harmonic color segments and are logically grouped in a round tray of six overlapping circles.
Following market demand for easy-to-use porcelain, Nobel Biocare has added NobelRondo™ Press to its Creative Circle. NobelRondo™ Press is an incredibly versatile porcelain solution that can be pressed onto Procera® Abutments, Procera® Crown and Bridge in alumina and zirconia, as well as Procera® Laminate in alumina.
NobelRondo™ Press can also be used in our Solo™ technique that enables new applications of individual inlay, onlay, overlay, and veneer without supporting framework.

QuickTemp™ Abutment Conical
To further meet the needs for Easy Esthetics™ and Immediate Function™, Nobel Biocare has added to its temporization solutions – QuickTemp™ Abutment Conical.
QuickTemp™ Abutment Conical is a chair-side-prepared abutment that provides the patient with immediate functionality for multiple-unit temporary restorations. The QuickTemp™ Abutment product assortment consists of two parts: an abutment and a plastic coping. The QuickTemp™ Abutment Conical supplements the existing Immediate Temporary™ Abutment for use in single-unit temporary restorations.
Platform Shifting*: New Level of Gingival Beauty
Nobel Biocare introduces its latest offering for promoting gingival health and beauty – Platform Shifting. Platform Shifting is the concept of “stepping down” the size of an implant platform to increase the volume of soft tissue, and blood supply to soft tissue, around the implant platform.
The product assortment consists of two Platform Shifting adapters, which convert regular (RP) and wide (WP) platform implants to narrow (NP) and regular (RP) platform implants, respectively. Simultaneously, they convert internal connection (tri-lobe) implants to external hex platforms.
With these adapters, Procera® Abutment Zirconia and Procera® Esthetic Abutments Zirconia are used.
