Swiss dental company vVardis Holding AG filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Oct. 9 for a proposed initial public offering, disclosing rapid U.S. growth for its Curodont line of noninvasive treatments for early-stage caries.

The Zug-based company plans to list its Class A ordinary shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “VVVV.” The filing does not yet set a price range or the number of shares to be offered.

vVardis reported net revenue of $28.6 million for the six months ended June 30, up 214.2% from a year earlier, and a net loss of $27.8 million for the period. Revenue for 2025 was $30.2 million, up 148.5%. Gross margin rose to 86.4% in the first half from 51.4% a year earlier, and the company’s accumulated deficit stood at $256.3 million as of June 30.

Since its U.S. launch in January 2024, Curodont has been sold to more than 20,000 of the roughly 110,000 general dental practices in the country, according to the filing. The company estimates its products have treated more than 3.5 million teeth. Its patents cover self-assembling peptide formulations for remineralizing tooth surfaces and caries lesions.

Henry Schein is the company’s exclusive distributor in the U.S. and the U.K. DSOs accounted for about 60% of products sold through its distributors in 2025 and the first half of 2026, and the filing names Heartland Dental as a key customer.

Curodont Repair Fluoride Plus is regulated in the U.S. as an over-the-counter drug based on its sodium fluoride content. Because of that classification, the filing states, the FDA has not made any determination regarding the product’s safety or efficacy.

vVardis was founded by dentists Haley Abivardi and Goly Abivardi, who serve as co-chief executive officers. Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan are joint bookrunning managers for the offering, with William Blair, UBS Investment Bank, Deutsche Bank Securities, and Apollo Global Securities as bookrunners.

The company qualifies as an emerging growth company and a foreign private issuer under SEC rules. Shares cannot be sold until the registration statement becomes effective.
