The Hottest App in Dentistry
Smartphone use statistics confirm that 80 percent of humans own a mobile phone, with 91.4 million smartphones in the United States alone. The Dentaltown app was created to ensure the growing numbers of smartphone-reliant dentists have easy access to all the benefits of the Dentaltown.com website while on the go.

With the launch of the free app, members of Dentaltown can log into the website via their mobile devices to access the message boards in their entirety - posting new topics, responding to threads, checking active topics and more, all without any additional downloads.

Remaining on the cutting-edge of technology has allowed Dr. Farran's vision that "no dentist ever has to practice solo again" to become a success. With the Dentaltown app, this vision continues to pioneer the path for modern dentistry worldwide.

The Dentaltown app is available for download for free in the iTunes and Google Play stores.

Other features of the Dentaltown app include:

  • Easy-to-navigate homepage with larger buttons for ease of use
  • Ability to upload photos within a thread
  • Easy-to-read message boards and magazine articles
  • Sleek, updated look
  • Faster load time
  • Compatibility with iPhone, iPod Touch and Android

Implants Supplement

Since we published our Incredible Implants Supplement in April, we at Dentaltown have fielded questions about the implants that showed up on the cover. To clear the air once and for all, we took some liberties in illustrating some implants to create a dynamic cover. These implants do not actually exist. The illustration we created was a hybrid of multiple implants. We are sorry for any confusion this may have caused. But it still made a cool cover, didn't it?
