The clinical procedure for composite restorations will be demonstrated, showing the use of the simplified “mono-layering technique” to create functional and highly aesthetic results.

  • Understand the relevant qualities of a composite restorative material.
  • Compare and contrast total etching from self etching.
  • Be able to place, contour, and finish and polish beautiful composite resin restorations.
  • Understand how the light diffusing capability of a composite enables mono-layering.
