Description of Speaker:
Penny Reed is a speaker, coach and author of the book Growing Your Dental Business. She speaks to dentists and their teams on how to raise the bar on their performance. From a culture perspective, Penny’s aim is to have people look forward to coming to work every day. As a result of her work, clients share their team is more energized, more productive and more likely to take ownership of their roles in achieving results.
