Dana Pardue Salisbury, MBA has been in the dental industry for over 20 years and is the Chief Operations Officer of Classic Practice Resources, Inc. She works at the back-end administration of the firm, developing business solutions, emerging team development, and overseeing the strategic implementation of business processes. Throughout her career, she has become recognized as an expert in organizational behavior, leadership, and her niche has become enhancing the new customer experience through mystery shopper call and evaluations. Dana is known for her passion for building teams and improving the lives of dentists throughout the United States and Canada.
