This course covers methods, limitations, and benefits of both esthetic and functional crown lengthening. The course emphasizes decision making for a variety of case types to facilitate comprehensive clinical treatment planning. Learn how to make diagnostic decisions from x-rays alone, and understand how Biologic Width impacts your every decision related to crown preparation and impression taking. Discussion will include issues like red or sore gum tissue around crowns, and how to obtain more predictable impressions every time as well as solving everyday restorative problems and learning how to avoid them.

I thought this course was very helpful. It might not have shown you how to do the procedure, but this information will come in handy when making a proper diagnosis.

I guess I should have read the description more carefully… this course was only about the indications and goals for crown lengthening. There was next to no information about proper procedure, just a few surgical photos. Disappointing. Just trying to promote his hands-on workshop I guess.
