Synopsis:
For years, dentures have taken too much chair time with very little predictability or profitability. This course will cover all areas of denture construction in detail beginning with the initial oral exam through the post-insertion. Dentist will learn how to make dentures predictable, how to be efficient, and increase profits from dentures. “Rapid Dentures” challenges the old protocol with newer predictable techniques that increase the dentist’s profit margin. Description of Speaker:
After graduating from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in 1996, Dr. Barker began streamlining systems to optimize efficiency for his practice and his patients. He established his own denture lab in 2009, which allowed him to perfect his denture techniques. The Rapid Dentures Model for making dentures was born during his time working in the lab.
Educational Objectives:
Upon completion of this course, participants should be able to achieve the following:
Decrease the necessary chair time required for complete dentures Eliminate wasted lab expenses Decrease the required doctor time Increase patient satisfaction Use the patient’s existing dentures as custom impression trays Be able to use a Verticorder and Papillameter correctly Disclosure:
