ATLANTA—Tralongo LLC, a firm that specializes in dental practice acquisitions, announced that it has signed a development agreement with Dr. Clarence Kegler to assist with the acquisition of at least five dental practices in the Atlanta area over the next seven to 10 years.

With more than 90 years of combined experience in dental management and acquisitions, Tralongo LLC partners with entrepreneurial dentists who are looking to grow their businesses by acquiring and operating multiple practices. The firm, which developed a proven system to identify, operate and increase profits in dental offices, has been rapidly growing across the U.S.

“Last year, I was presented with the opportunity to sell my dental practice,” said Dr. Kegler. “This got my wheels turning and made me think about my future. I soon realized that I wasn’t ready to sell and leave dentistry. However, I knew that I needed to make some changes. The idea of purchasing other practices and adopting more of a managerial role started brewing in my head. This is when I decided to connect with Tralongo LLC. Their experience and leadership seem like a good fit for me.”

A native of North Carolina, Kegler moved to Atlanta in 2001 after attaining his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of North Carolina. He opened his full-service practice in cosmetic and family dentistry nine years ago in Suwanne, Georgia.

“We are very pleased to welcome Dr. Clarence Kegler to our team,” added Dr. Ken Tralongo, CEO, Tralongo LLC. “A dedicated dentist, Dr. Kegler is not only committed to providing high-quality dentistry, but also to growing professionally. We look forward to working  with him as he begins this new stage in his career and helping him expand his practice.”

Created in 2013, Tralongo LLC’s five-step process consists of providing partners with a training course, finding the right dental practices to acquire, obtaining the appropriate financing, assisting with the transition from the old ownership to the new owner and working with the dentists to continue operating the new offices to maximize the profit. Tralongo LLC also provides partners with access to its methods, support system and economies of scale.

“This is an exciting opportunity,” concluded Dr.Kegler “I now have more control of my destiny. I can still be on the chair—and stay in an industry I enjoy—without feeling chained to it.”
