Tralongo Enters Development Agreement in Southeastern Wisconsin

Posted: April 14, 2014
Tralongo LLC, an Atlanta-based firm that specializes in dental practice acquisitions, announced today it has signed a development agreement with We Make You Smile LLC, led by Harry and Rilee Ajiri from Chicago. The agreement, which will serve the southeastern Wisconsin market, calls for the acquisition of five dental practices over the next three years, with an estimated combined revenue of $10 million.

With more than 90 years of combined experience in dental management and acquisitions, Tralongo LLC partners with entrepreneurs who are looking to grow their business by acquiring and operating multiple practices.

The firm, which established a proven system to identify, operate and increase profits in dental offices, has been well-received in the market. It began 2013 with revenues of about $20 million and is expected to reach $80 million in revenues by the end of 2014.

With years of experience in the medical field, partners Harry and Rilee Ajiri have a strong background in healthcare management and nursing. They are now looking to transfer their clinical and management skills to the dental industry.

“Efficiency is key to building a profitable practice, no matter the field,” said Harry Ajiri. “We see an opportunity to optimize dental practices while providing the highest level of care. We feel Tralongo is an excellent resource to partner with and learn from.”

“The Ajiris are a testament to the fact that you do not have to be a dentist to partner with us,” added Dr. Ken Tralongo, CEO of Tralongo LLC. “ What you need is a strong sense of entrepreneurship, work ethic and a desire to succeed. Harry’s and Rilee’s backgrounds make them ideal partners and we look forward to working with them.”

Tralongo’s five- step process consists of providing clients with a training course, finding the right dental practices to acquire, obtaining the appropriate financing, assisting with the transition from the old ownership to the new owner and working with the doctors to continue operating the new offices to maximize the profit.

“We are excited to venture in the dentistry world,” said Harry Ajiri. “The wonderful thing about it is that patients usually know by the time they walk out of the dental office if the treatment they received was effective or not. It feels great to be part of a field that makes a difference.”
