Roland DGA Corp. has announced that the company's award-winning DWX line of CAD/CAM dental milling machines will be demonstrated this Saturday, April 5, at Lab Day East in Booth L-5.
Held at the Grand Hyatt hotel in New York City, Lab Day East is the nation's largest trade show on the East Coast exclusively for the dental laboratory community. Hundreds of laboratory owners, managers and technicians are expected to attend the conference for a full day of education, networking and demonstrations on the industry's latest technologies.
"We look forward to Lab Day East and the opportunity to introduce our innovative DWX mills to dental labs across the Northeast," said Brian Brooks, product manager for Roland DGA Corp. "Roland DWX technology is transforming labs everywhere, allowing professionals to take full advantage of our precise, open-architecture production platform for creating a wide range of dental restorations."
Built on 20 years of proven Roland CNC technology, DWX mills bring affordability, ease of operation and precise milling capabilities to dental lab owners and technicians. Open architecture allows DWX milling machines to integrate with industry standard CAD/CAM software and hardware to produce crowns, copings, bridges and abutments from a range of materials, including zirconia, PMMA, wax and 3M ESPE's LavaT Ultimate Restorative resin nano ceramic material. Two models are available: the advanced five-axis DWX-50 for volume production and jobs with high levels of complexity, and the more affordable and compact DWX-4, a four-axis dental milling system that comes complete with CAM software for on-demand milling of single crowns and small bridges.
