Ivoclar Vivadent Settles Patent Infringement Suit against Talladium with Patent License Agreement

Posted: February 24, 2014

In December 2013 Ivoclar Vivadent filed a patent infringement suit against Talladium, Inc. based in Valencia, CA (USA), asserting that certain dental blanks sold or made by Talladium infringed at least one Ivoclar Vivadent patent. Today, Ivoclar Vivadent announced that it will dismiss its patent infringement lawsuit against Talladium after signing a license agreement covering certain zirconia discs sold or made by Talladium. Ivoclar Vivadent considers its technology and patents very valuable and will remain resolute and active in asserting its patents.
