MARYVILLE, TN (February 2014) – DenTek, the worldwide leader in innovative oral care products, is pleased to announce the appointment of Greg Ashley to Chief Financial Officer and Bret Ocholik to Chief Marketing Officer. In his new role, Mr. Ashley will oversee the company’s capital markets, cost efficiency, and financial analysis initiatives. Mr. Ocholik will focus his efforts on growing brand awareness, sales and customer engagement by leveraging his extensive background in both mass markets and consumer packaged goods.

Mr. Ashley and Mr. Ocholik both come to DenTek with more than 20 years of diverse experience in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and financial planning and analysis, and marketing, brand growth and product development, respectively. Prior to joining DenTek, Mr. Ashley was Vice President, Finance and Treasurer for Ruby Tuesday, Inc., where he was responsible for the company’s debt and equity capital markets and strategic planning initiatives, including leading the company’s inaugural $250 million high-yield bond offering. Mr. Ocholik was Vice President, Marketing and Innovation for Jack Link's Beef Jerky, where he led several award-winning brand initiatives, including the popular “Messin’ with Sasquatch” ad campaign.
