El Dorado Hills, CA,—Frontier Dental Laboratories, Inc., recently announced that its educational programs have been accepted under the Academy of General Dentistry's (AGD) Program Approval for Continuing Education (PACE). The Academy of General Dentistry's PACE program, started in 1988, assists members of the Academy and dentists around the country by providing a way to identify and participate in quality continuing dental education. The procedure for approval as an education provider includes an evaluation of each educational process used in designing, planning and implementing continuing education. In order to obtain and retain their approval status, program providers must implement and adhere to standards covering 14 different areas. PACE Program providers are able to give credit toward the Academy's prestigious FAGD (FAGD) and Mastership (MAGD) award programs to all AGD members in attendance.
"We have always been committed to providing top-quality continuing educational programs," stated Garrett Caldwell, Vice President and General Manager of Frontier Dental Laboratories, Inc. "We are extremely proud to have AGD-approved status. This will help us to keep our focus where it has always been -- on providing advanced educational opportunities that keep dentists up to date with the latest technology, techniques and products in the industry."
