Jennifer Jackson, founder of Journey Performance Group, has over 25 years of leadership experience in sales force development and training. She has led numerous sales team integration initiatives through effective management coaching, sales process development and team building. Her extensive relationships with dental industry and academic leaders are a result of her passion and dedication to the profession. Jennifer was an owner and co-CEO of OMNI Oral Pharmaceuticals, prior to its acquisition by 3M Company. She was instrumental in the successful integration of the two companies’ 150 plus person sales teams prior to founding Journey Performance Group. Jennifer has also held positions in sales, national account management and private label product development with Dentsply International.
