Round Rock, TX—November 13, 2013—ClearCorrect, LLC announced the addition of Edward W. Hlousek as its new Chief Financial Officer. Edward brings with him over 30 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, accounting, finance, and management consulting.
Prior to joining the ClearCorrect team, Edward was a Consulting and Audit Partner at Deloitte, McConnell & Jones, and Arthur Andersen. He has held numerous management positions including Global Head of Merger Integration. He is also a member of the Texas Society of CPAs.
Edward specializes in SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, international operations, internal controls, and financial & operational due diligence. He has also worked with hundreds of domestic and international corporations across many industries; ranging from oil and gas, to manufacturing and technology. In addition to his extensive professional experience, he also has international experience, including a four year residence in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
