Multicore is the new dual-curing composite core build-up material from Ivoclar Vivadent. Multicore features two consistencies and three shades making it versatile and adaptable to the clinician’s needs. Multicore Flow in the automix system can be applied quickly and accurately, and demonstrates stackable and flowable features. Multicore HB is the non-stick packable version and features good modeling properties. Curing may be achieved by self or dual-curing the material. Due to the dual-cure properties of Multicore, the material can be applied in one increment making placement fast and easy. A high mechanical stability of the core can be achieved with the highly-filled, radiopaque Multicore. In connection with proven adhesives from Ivoclar Vivadent, the material achieves a strong bond to enamel and dentin. The product provides the dentist with a coordinated system of materials for core build-ups and esthetic final restorations.
