Jon Landers Joins DTA as Vice President, Industry Development

Arlington, Virginia - (April 9, 2013) - The Dental Trade Alliance is proud to announce that Jonathan Landers has become DTA Vice President, Industry Development. In his new position, he will help DTA identify and create new programs for its members to build a stronger industry through mentorship, professional and workforce development and leadership training. Jon will be active in community relations as well.

Prior to his position with DTA, Mr. Landers was executive director at the National Museum of Dentistry. He has more than 37 years of non-profit and for-profit management and marketing experience including positions at ERA/AECOM; the National Geographic Society; several Fortune 500 companies, including Sara Lee; and three tech start-ups he helped found. He received his MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business and his BA from Bowdoin College. In addition, Mr. Landers is an adjunct professor teaching marketing/communications and strategic planning at the George Washington University Graduate School of Museum Studies in Washington, D.C.; serves on the Board of Save Historic Arlington House and is an advisor to the Army Historical Foundation for the National Museum of the United State Army Capital Campaign.
