Palm Beach Gardens, FL – (February 19, 2013) – The Institute for Implant and Reconstructive Dentistry* will be hosting a program on Advanced Techniques to Optimize Sustainable Aesthetics through Immediate Implant Placement and Provisional Restoration on May 31, 2013. The program will be taught by Dr. Stephen Chu and focuses on the innovative techniques for immediate provisional restoration through a combination of didactic education and hands-on exercises.
At the completion of the program, participants should be able to demonstrate how to plan spatial implant placement for immediate extraction site implants and screw-retained provisional restorations. In addition, participants should be able to understand the surgical techniques necessary to place an immediate provisional restoration on an implant placed in a healed extraction site as well as understand prosthetic principles to capture subgingival tissue contours around anterior immediate implants.
