Eyewitness 21 News: Bacteria Growing on Your Instruments

A new study in the journal 'General Dentistry' shows your child's musical instrument could be a place for bacteria to live and grow.
Researchers tested the mouthpieces, chambers and cases of 13 high school instruments. Six had been played within a week; the other hadn't been touched in about a month. In those researchers found 442 different bacteria.
