The Nash Institute Aligns With New Management Company

Charlotte, NC, April 11, 2011 – The Nash Institute for Dental Learning, long time leader in esthetic clinical and team training under Dr. Ross Nash and Debra Engelhardt Nash, has recently made a strategic decision to carry it into the future with new strategies and focus. They have chosen to form a management partnership with a relatively new company, but with a wealth of business management and marketing experience. This new company, Get Results Marketing and Business Coaching, is lead by its two owners, Richard Train and Hogan Allen. Both men have successfully owned or managed small and medium sized sales/service based businesses for over 35 years collectively, and within dentistry for more than seven years.

“Debra and I have known these guys for a long time and have always been very impressed with their business acumen and engaging straight-forward approach,” said Dr. Ross Nash. “In fact, within the first ten minutes of a conversation we had at the Chicago Midwinter Meeting, they had given me more great ideas for making our new residency program even better for our members than I would ever have thought possible.”

Allen also stated, “In fact, we are bringing a little piece of the Institute throughout North America. ‘The Ultimate Esthetic Practice’ course will make Ross and Debra more accessible to those who cannot travel to a more in-depth course in Charlotte. They even get 11 CE credits for taking the course. We believe in making an attendee’s experience easy, fun and intellectually satisfying.”

“These guys have already helped us create a great schedule for our ‘Ultimate Esthetic Practice’ 1½ day course,” said Debra Engelhardt Nash. “The first one will be at the end of April on the 29th-30th at Bisco’s training facility in Schaumberg, IL, and it will be a great way for Ross to share the latest treatment modalities at work in our practice every day. We also know it will be a great partnership with Hogan and Richard; and Ross and I are excited for the future of The Nash Institute.”
